The SAF Polytechnic Sponsorship (MDES) covers the cost of your polytechnic education and offers a monthly allowance so that you can focus on building your foundational skills as a diploma student.

What it covers

  • Full sponsorship of tuition fees and other approved charges

  • Monthly allowance of up to $1,300

  • Study bonus of $1,200 for each successfully completed semester without any failed module

Eligibility criteria

  • Singapore citizens or permanent residents intending to take up citizenship

  • Qualify for a place or currently studying relevant course of study in a local polytechnic

  • Cumulative GPA of 2.0 and above

  • Have not repeated any semester

Is there a bond?

You will have to fulfil a 4-year bond after you graduate.
